Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the Continental US is free.

For orders outside the United States: Please email your order to, include your name and address so that we can estimate your shipping costs. We will email an invoice to you that can be paid online.


Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns (excluding 5Star saddle pads) on non-custom, unused orders within 14 days of receipt. 5 Star EquineProducts (saddle pads) will not accept returns of customized pads unless they have made an error or the product is defective. Standard pads may be exchanged but there is a restocking fee. Therefore, please check your order to make sure you have the right size, color, thickness, etc. before you checkout.  We appreciate your help.

If you need to make a return or an exchange, please email Julie for instructions right away before you ship the product back.

Unless there was an error in manufacturing or description of a product, return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Bob at 406-961-3978 immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
