Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the Continental US is free.

All requests for returns, exchanges or refunds have to be cleared by Julie first. Contact her through email: julie@bitterrootsaddleco.com or call her at 406-360-9484

For orders outside the United States: Please email your order to julie@bitterrootsaddleco.com, include your name and address so that we can estimate your shipping costs. We will email an invoice to you that can be paid online.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns (excluding 5Star saddle pads) on non-custom, unused orders within 14 days of receipt. 5 Star EquineProducts (saddle pads) will not accept returns of customized pads unless they have made an error or the product is defective. Standard pads may be exchanged but there is a restocking fee. Therefore, please check your order to make sure you have the right size, color, thickness, etc. before you checkout.  We appreciate your help.

If you need to make a return or an exchange, please email Julie for instructions right away before you ship the product back.

Unless there was an error in manufacturing or description of a product, return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

We accept returns for exchange 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
