1/2"x7' Flat Waxed Split Western Reins DD-4901

These reins are made from hollow braid waxed nylon rope in a tighter construction than the 1” reins and then rolled flat to make a nice 1/2"x7’ rein.  

They are soft and supple, not too stiff from over waxing and the hollow braid construction prevents them from curling.  

The ½” fits well in smaller hands and works well for one hand reining, where the rider needs a narrower rein to fit between the fingers.  

These waxed split reins connect to the bit with 5/8” wide 10/11 oz burgundy harness leather water straps and have a ½” slit braid popper on the other end.
